Management — Terms of Service

These terms cover the Management tier — the workspace that lets you act on your own Meta Ads and moderate comments on your own Pages. For the read-only Analytics tier, see the Analytics Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Globus Tool Management workspace you agree to these Terms of Service and our Management Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

The Management tier is a workspace operated by Vivo Properties, LLC that lets you act on assets you already control:

• Review campaign, ad set and ad metrics, and pause, resume or re-budget campaigns in your ad accounts;
• List the ad accounts and Pages inside your Business Manager;
• Review and hide or unhide comments on the posts that back your ads;
• List the promotable posts on your Pages.

3. Facebook permissions

The Management tier requests the permissions below. Each is used only for the matching feature, only on assets you manage, and only when you initiate the action:

• ads_read — Load your campaign, ad set and ad metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR) so you can review performance before acting. Shared with the Analytics tier.
• ads_management — Pause underperforming campaigns, resume winners, adjust daily budgets and create new campaigns directly from the dashboard — so you can act on the numbers you see without switching to Ads Manager.
• business_management — List the ad accounts and Pages that belong to your Business Manager so agencies and media buyers can manage many assets from a single workspace. Without it, assets owned by a Business Manager are invisible to the tool.
• pages_show_list — Show the Facebook Pages you manage so you can pick which Page to work with when moderating comments or reviewing the posts behind your ads.
• pages_read_engagement — Read the comments and reactions on the organic posts that back your ads, so the moderation view can display what needs attention.
• pages_manage_engagement — Hide or remove spam, scam and abusive comments left under your advertising posts — keeping the creative your audience sees clean and on-brand.
• pages_manage_ads — Manage the promoted posts and ads that run through your Page, so Page-backed campaigns can be controlled from the same place as the rest.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Facebook's policies;
• Only manage accounts, Pages and campaigns you are authorized to manage;
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse or disrupt the service;
• Maintain the security of your Facebook account.

5. Actions you initiate

Globus Tool performs write actions (pausing/resuming campaigns, changing budgets, hiding comments) only in direct response to your clicks in the interface. It does not run automated rules or act on a schedule. You are responsible for the actions you initiate.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Globus Tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or data accuracy; Facebook API availability and rate limits are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Vivo Properties, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data inaccuracies returned by the Facebook API or service interruptions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and revoke access via Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued use constitutes acceptance.
