Management — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Management tier of Globus Tool (globus-tool.digital/management), which requests permissions beyond ads_read so you can act on your own campaigns and moderate your own Pages. For the read-only Analytics tier, see the Analytics Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Globus Tool is a marketing product owned and operated by Vivo Properties, LLC (Sherman Oaks, CA). Infrastructure and technical distribution are provided by Vixen Exchange LLC.

2. What the Management tier accesses

When you connect your Facebook account to the Management workspace, we access the following through the Facebook Marketing and Pages APIs:

• Your Facebook user ID and display name
• The ad accounts and Business Managers you manage, and the Pages inside them
• Campaign, ad set and ad names, status and performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC)
• The posts that back your ads and the comments on them (author name, text, hidden state)

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any personal data beyond the items listed above.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to display your campaigns, assets and comments to you, and to carry out the actions you explicitly initiate in the interface — pausing or resuming a campaign, adjusting a budget, or hiding a comment. Every action is shown in an on-screen Action Log. We do not sell, rent, share or transfer your data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose, and we never post, comment or message as you.

4. Facebook permissions

The Management tier requests the following permissions, each tied to a specific feature (full detail on our Permissions page):

• ads_read — Load your campaign, ad set and ad metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR) so you can review performance before acting. Shared with the Analytics tier.
• ads_management — Pause underperforming campaigns, resume winners, adjust daily budgets and create new campaigns directly from the dashboard — so you can act on the numbers you see without switching to Ads Manager.
• business_management — List the ad accounts and Pages that belong to your Business Manager so agencies and media buyers can manage many assets from a single workspace. Without it, assets owned by a Business Manager are invisible to the tool.
• pages_show_list — Show the Facebook Pages you manage so you can pick which Page to work with when moderating comments or reviewing the posts behind your ads.
• pages_read_engagement — Read the comments and reactions on the organic posts that back your ads, so the moderation view can display what needs attention.
• pages_manage_engagement — Hide or remove spam, scam and abusive comments left under your advertising posts — keeping the creative your audience sees clean and on-brand.
• pages_manage_ads — Manage the promoted posts and ads that run through your Page, so Page-backed campaigns can be controlled from the same place as the rest.

5. Data retention

Your access token is held only to power your active session and is associated with that session for up to 60 days. Campaign, asset and comment data are fetched on demand and rendered in your browser. When you disconnect or your session expires, the associated token is discarded. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Revoking access

You may revoke Globus Tool's access at any time via Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, or by using “Disconnect & Delete Data” inside the workspace.

7. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children's privacy

Globus Tool is a B2B tool not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued use constitutes acceptance.
