Terms of Service

Summary: Globus Tool provides a read-only analytics view of your Meta Ads and an optional Management tier that lets you act on your own campaigns and moderate comments on your own Pages. You keep full ownership of your data and can disconnect at any time.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Globus Tool you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Globus Tool is operated by Vivo Properties, LLC and offers two tiers:

• Analytics (read-only) — view campaign, ad set and ad metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR), combine multiple ad accounts and date ranges in one report, and inspect Marketing API responses as structured JSON;
• Management (optional) — act on your own account: pause, resume and budget your campaigns, create campaigns, list the assets in your Business Manager, and moderate comments on the posts behind your ads.

3. Facebook permissions

The Analytics tier requests only ads_read and is strictly read-only. The optional Management tier additionally requests ads_management, business_management, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_engagement and pages_manage_ads (see Permissions). You acknowledge that:

• The Analytics tier never modifies, pauses, deletes or otherwise alters your campaigns;
• The Management tier performs only the actions you explicitly initiate in the interface, and never posts, comments or messages as you;
• You retain full ownership and control of your Facebook advertising account and Pages at all times.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Facebook's policies;
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse or disrupt the service;
• Maintain the security of your Facebook account.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Globus Tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or data accuracy; Facebook API availability and rate limits are outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

Vivo Properties, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data inaccuracies returned by the Facebook API or service interruptions.

7. Termination

You may stop using Globus Tool at any time and revoke access via Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued use constitutes acceptance.
