Privacy Policy

In short: Globus Tool offers two tiers. The Analytics tier is strictly read-only (ads_read) and simply displays your Meta advertising metrics. The optional Management tier adds permissions that let you act on your own campaigns and moderate comments on your own Pages — every change is initiated by you. We do not sell, rent or share your data. See Management permissions.

1. Who we are

Globus Tool is a marketing analytics product owned and operated by Vivo Properties, LLC (Sherman Oaks, CA). Infrastructure and technical distribution are provided by Vixen Exchange LLC.

2. What we access

When you connect your Facebook account, we access the following through the Facebook Marketing API:

• Your Facebook user ID and display name
• Your ad account IDs and account names
• Campaign, ad set and ad performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC)
• Campaign, ad set and ad names and their status

If you connect the optional Management tier, we additionally access the Business Managers, Pages and ad accounts you manage, and the comments on the posts that back your ads — solely to display them to you and to carry out the actions you initiate (managing campaigns, moderating comments).

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any personal data beyond the items listed above.

3. How we use your data

Advertising data is used exclusively to display analytics to you and to perform the management actions you initiate inside Globus Tool. We do not sell, rent, share or transfer your data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

4. Facebook permissions

Globus Tool operates in two tiers and requests only the permissions each tier uses:

Analytics tier (read-only). Requests only ads_read — enough to read your campaign performance for on-screen display. It cannot modify anything.

Management tier (optional). If you choose to connect the Management workspace, we additionally request the permissions below so you can act on your own account. Nothing is changed unless you initiate it in the interface:

• ads_management — pause, resume, adjust budgets and create campaigns you own;
• business_management — list the ad accounts and Pages inside your Business Manager;
• pages_show_list — list the Pages you manage;
• pages_read_engagement — read comments on the posts behind your ads;
• pages_manage_engagement — hide or remove spam comments under your ad posts;
• pages_manage_ads — manage Page-linked ads and promoted posts.

We never post, comment or message as you, and we never act on your account on our own. A full explanation of each permission is available on our Permissions page.

5. Data retention

Your access token is held only to power your active session and is associated with your session for up to 60 days. Campaign metrics are fetched on demand from the Marketing API and rendered in your browser. You can revoke access and request deletion at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions).

6. Revoking access

You may revoke Globus Tool's access at any time via Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

7. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children's privacy

Globus Tool is a B2B tool not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued use constitutes acceptance.
